The Faculty of Environmental Studies is a dynamic non-departmentalized learning community. With 1300 students, 40 full time faculty members and 30 staff, the Faculty offers interdisciplinary bachelors, masters and PhD programs.
As the senior non-academic administrator of the Faculty, you will provide strategic support and operational direction in all areas, including finance, human resources, academic resource planning, communications, facilities management and special academic and non-academic projects.
With at least 7 years of senior administrative experience, you will bring a history of success in organizational development, strategic and operational planning, and managing financial and human resources in a unionized environment, as well as direct experience with academic administrative processes and university governance. You are a proven leader with exceptional communication, networking, consensus-building and facilitation skills. A graduate degree in a related discipline in conjunction with professional education is preferred.
